These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Autowings website (autowings.in), our digital services, and our official WhatsApp Business channels (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are

Autowings is an authorised multi-brand two-wheeler dealership and service provider in India. References to "we", "us" or "our" are to Autowings and its affiliates.

2) Scope of Services

  1. Product discovery for new/used two-wheelers, test ride and service booking, workshop/parts enquiries, price quotations, and promotional offers.
  2. Customer support via website forms, phone, email, and WhatsApp Business numbers.
  3. Informational tools (EMI calculators, scheduling, event registration).
  4. Note: We do not sell vehicles online unless explicitly stated.

3) Eligibility & Responsibilities

  1. You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering into a contract.
  2. Provide accurate, updated information and use Services only lawfully.
  3. Do not misuse Services (malware, scraping, abuse, infringement).

4) Website Use & Accounts

  1. If accounts/portals are provided, you are responsible for login security and activity.
  2. We may amend, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

5) WhatsApp Business Terms (Important)

Our WhatsApp communications follow WhatsApp Business Terms, Messaging Policy, and Commerce Policy. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or contacting us.

5.1 Opt-In

  1. We only message you after explicit consent (opt-in).
  2. Opt-in may be obtained on our site, showroom, events, or support channels.
  3. Opt-in disclosures state you agree to receive WhatsApp messages (e.g., service reminders, test-ride confirmations, offers).

5.2 Conversation Windows & Templates

  1. When you message us, a 24-hour service window opens; we may reply with free-form messages.
  2. Outside that window, only approved WhatsApp templates are used.

5.3 Frequency & Charges

  1. Frequency varies (reminders, confirmations).
  2. Carrier/data charges may apply; Autowings does not charge you.

5.4 Opt-Out

  1. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, block/report us, or contact us to opt out.
  2. We will honor requests promptly.

5.5 Data Handling

  1. We process your phone number, name, and message metadata to provide support.
  2. Message content is end-to-end encrypted between you and WhatsApp; we may access it on our business devices to serve you.
  3. We do not sell personal data; sharing is limited to service providers (Meta/WhatsApp, CRM vendors, OEMs/financiers/insurers you select).

5.6 Prohibited Content

  1. No illegal, unsafe, restricted items, misleading claims, or spam.

6) Test Rides, Service Bookings & Events

  1. Eligibility (valid licence/ID, safety gear) applies.
  2. We may reschedule/cancel due to safety, logistics, or weather.
  3. Service bookings are estimates only; changes require your approval.

7) Prices, Finance & Promotions

  1. Prices/offers shown are indicative; may vary by model, location, and stock.
  2. Taxes, registration, insurance, and accessories may be extra.
  3. Finance/insurance provided by third parties under their terms.
  4. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn anytime.

8) Intellectual Property

  1. Site content (text, logos, images, software) belongs to Autowings or licensors.
  2. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Site.

9) User Content & Feedback

  1. If you submit reviews, feedback, or materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them.
  2. You confirm you have rights to the content and that it is lawful.

10) Privacy

  1. Governed by our Privacy Policy (see autowings.in/privacy).
  2. Consent may be required (e.g., WhatsApp marketing) and can be withdrawn anytime.

11) Third-Party Services

  1. We may link to third-party sites/tools (WhatsApp, payment gateways, insurers).
  2. Their terms and privacy practices apply.

12) Warranty Disclaimer

  1. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  2. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

13) Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. Our maximum liability is INR 10,000 or the amount you paid us in the last 3 months (whichever is lower).

14) Indemnity

  1. You agree to indemnify Autowings and staff against claims, losses, and expenses arising from misuse or violation of Terms.

15) Suspension & Termination

  1. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate Terms or required by law.
  2. You may stop using Services anytime and request deletion of your data/account.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms follow Indian law.
  2. Courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  3. We will attempt amicable resolution before escalation.

17) Changes to These Terms

  1. Updates will be posted here with revised effective date.
  2. Material changes may be notified via the Site, WhatsApp, or email.
