If you wish to have your personal data deleted from Autowings systems (including WhatsApp interactions, booking records, or marketing preferences), you may request deletion at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can contact us through any of the following methods:

2. WhatsApp: Send the message DELETE DATA to our official WhatsApp Business number

Processing Time

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days, unless retention is required by law (e.g., tax, warranty, or regulatory obligations).

Important Notes

1. Some records (such as invoices or compliance data) may need to be retained as legally required under Indian law.
2. All other personal data not legally required will be securely deleted.
